As CEO of Mercury GP and former international relations lead at BIO, he has led global advocacy efforts by cultivating space for investors in the ecosystem, shaping regulatory frameworks, and expanding access for life sciences innovators. With over a decade of transatlantic leadership and a long-standing role on the board of the American Club of Rome, Marcel has convened industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers to advance global partnerships, particularly in Italy. His work bridges diplomacy, innovation, and investment that bring alignment to the mutual goals of global health and technological priorities.
