Summer Enrichment Programs are summer extensions of our Academy and Philly MOVES After School Programs. They vary in hours according to the program and are 5 days per week for 6 weeks. The programs provide in-depth exploratory experiences in the performing and visual arts, karate, gymnastics and academic enrichment activities. Pointing the Way is designed for students to explore the world around them, not just the neighborhood they live in. Weekly trips provide youth with opportunities to visit various cultural sites and youth-oriented destinations. Trips are designed to give the students a rich, well-rounded learning experience.
Philly MOVES Summer Program Enrollment is limited to those students who are also eligible to attend the Philly MOVES After School Programs. Programs serve children ages 5 – 14 and are FREE or of very low-cost to participants. For more information, please contact Michelle Martin All campers must present proof of a recent physical exam. Camp Hours The Academy Summer Enrichment Program The Academy Summer Enrichment Program allows children ages 5-12, to explore the world through their eyes, using the creative, visual and performing arts. This broad-based program is geared to newcomers to the arts through intermediate level and encourages self-exploration and creativity in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment. Weekly trips provide children with opportunities to visit various cultural sites and youth-oriented destinations. The trips are designed to give the children a rich learning experience and to help them make discoveries about the world they live in. The program culminates in an exciting outdoor show that wows family, friends and the community year after year. The program is limited to 60 students. Register your child today!
